This internship offers the opportunity to cultivate and maintain impactful relationships with customers, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success with the product. You will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, guiding them through effective usage, and addressing their challenges by collaborating with different teams. Furthermore, you'll monitor how customers engage, collect valuable feedback, and work to enhance product adoption. Your efforts will also focus on fostering customer retention, managing renewals, and exploring ways to expand accounts.
