The selected intern will support business development and reservation-related sales activities by handling guest enquiries, promoting available offerings, and helping convert interest into confirmed bookings. Key responsibilities
You will manage guest interactions across phone, email, and online channels, share accurate information about availability, pricing, offers, and facilities, and work toward improving booking conversion and revenue outcomes.
