Role overview
The selected intern will support business development and reservation-related sales activities by handling guest enquiries, promoting available offerings, and helping convert interest into confirmed bookings. The role requires confident communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation operations.
Key responsibilities
You will manage guest interactions across phone, email, and online channels, share accurate information about availability, pricing, offers, and facilities, and work toward improving booking conversion and revenue outcomes.
Eligibility and joining details
This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi. Candidates must be available for a 3-month duration, must be able to start between 6 July 2026 and 10 August 2026, and should be based in Delhi.
