Overview

Dev Infotech is looking to hire a Telecalling Executive who will play a key role in engaging with potential and existing clients to strengthen business connections and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling to both prospective and current customers to promote products and services.
Provide clear and accurate information about offerings and resolve any queries customers may have.
Document details of calls and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Identify potential leads and schedule appointments for follow-up conversations.
Develop and sustain positive rapport with clients to support long-term relationships.
