Overview
Dev Infotech is looking to hire a Telecalling Executive who will play a key role in engaging with potential and existing clients to strengthen business connections and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to both prospective and current customers to promote products and services.
- Provide clear and accurate information about offerings and resolve any queries customers may have.
- Document details of calls and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Identify potential leads and schedule appointments for follow-up conversations.
- Develop and sustain positive rapport with clients to support long-term relationships.
