Strategic Project Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role involves leading high-impact projects with top AI Lab clients, managing complex and specialized data pipelines, and ensuring client satisfaction at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from initiation through completion, guaranteeing exceptional client experiences with leading AI Labs.
• Oversee intricate, domain-focused data workflows to enhance their efficiency, precision, and ability to scale effectively.
• Lead and manage teams consisting of Human Data Managers, Leads, and subject-matter experts, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.
• Maintain direct communication with top-tier AI labs on large-scale projects possessing significant impact.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver executive-level reporting that provides insights and updates about project status, data performance metrics, and operational outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Robust, practical experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in tools such as KiCad, SpiceBridge, PCBParts, or comparable software.
• Demonstrated leadership or project ownership experience.
• Ability to effectively articulate complex technical information in a clear manner.

Compensation & Work Details

This contract role offers a compensation range between $400,000 and $550,000 per year. The expected weekly commitment is between 10 to 40 hours. The position is fully remote, based in the United States.
