Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to oversee full-cycle service delivery coordination within Eaton's PQ division. This role serves as the pivotal hub interfacing customers, field service engineers, supervisors, sales, and internal support teams to meet customer expectations, service level agreements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders both in person and remotely.
- Assist business development managers in finalizing contract renewals and processing new agreements.
- Adhere to established procedures ensuring professional service to all parties.
- Optimize technician productivity by effectively scheduling service appointments.
- Monitor workload flow to guarantee balanced task distribution.
- Manage job assignments using ERP platforms, specifically Salesforce and SAP.
- Keep track of daily operational activities.
- Provide responsive call handling with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain composure under pressure and apply strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years experience as a service coordinator.
- Familiarity with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking competencies.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Effective communication capabilities.
