This function is foundational for production, procurement, and distribution planning.

- Drive customer service excellence (DIFOT, OBSL) while minimizing costs through accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Collaborate with overseas mills to lead weekly supply and production meetings.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to derive robust demand plans based on detailed analysis and clear identification of risks and opportunities.
- Provide precise volume forecasts as key inputs to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, covering the applicable product and customer hierarchy.
- Manage New Product Development (NPD) projects including SKU creation and maintenance in SAP and the Product Data Capture system.
- Effectively manage Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB) to reduce write-off risks.
- Participate actively in cross-functional meetings, representing supply chain interests in S&OP forums.

- Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence skills to foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Effective communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
- Proactive team player with resilience under pressure and strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Personal affinity with Kimberly-Clark products through family or personal usage.
