Job Overview

L&T Valves seeks proactive Sales Engineers to lead sales and business development initiatives for industrial valves and flow-control products within designated regions and client sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business by cultivating enquiries and opportunities.
Promote and market industrial valves and flow-control solutions to potential customers.
Engage in technical discussions, prepare proposals, and submit offers effectively.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and provide ongoing customer support.
Build and sustain robust relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
Meet assigned sales goals and contribute to expanding the market presence.
Track competitor moves and analyze industry trends to inform strategy.
Compile sales forecasts, management information system reports, and update sales pipelines.

Candidate Profile

Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Have 4 to 5 years' experience selling industrial valves, pumps, flow-control, or process equipment.
Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Chemical, or Process sectors is advantageous.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and effective customer relationship management.
