Role Overview

Bharti AXA Life Insurance, a prominent insurer born from the partnership between the Bharti Group and the French multinational Axa, is seeking Relationship Officers in Hyderabad. The company delivers a diverse array of life insurance products tailored to various customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales targets focused on life insurance offerings.
Engage in regular performance review meetings with the Area Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
Utilize a customer-centric, need-based sales approach when positioning products.
Maintain diligent follow-up on leads obtained from the telecaller base to ensure prompt deal closures.
Strictly comply with all company policies and procedural guidelines.
Commit to personal and professional growth by attending technical, product-related, and skill enhancement training sessions.
Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving issues fully and ensuring closure.
Meet with clients as required to address and solve any problems.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Organize events aimed at nurturing new and enduring customer relationships.
Attend ongoing training to stay updated with product and service advancements.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
