Role Overview
This position is for a Relationship Manager focused on team leadership within the banking sector, specifically at HDFC Bank Limited, Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and motivating a sales team to achieve goals, recruiting and training team members, and working closely with advisers to drive lead conversion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit new team members to build a capable sales force.
- Oversee and ensure the team meets its sales targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members, compensated via commission.
- Encourage and inspire the team to maintain high motivation levels.
- Manage advisers and ensure their active involvement in work assignments.
- Negotiate and finalize deals from leads effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
