Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator to join our MEH Alliance team for the Hinkley Point C project based in Bridgwater, England. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, full-time onsite role coordinating recruitment and operational resourcing of both white and blue-collar employees across the alliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities onsite to meet established timelines.
• Support the Resourcing Advisor by reporting progress and highlighting obstacles such as skill shortages or deviations from resource plans.
• Work closely with the MEH Onboarding and Deployment Teams to ensure correct selection and deployment of workforce resources.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to fulfill onsite workforce demands effectively.
• Engage with Hiring Managers to assist with new employee onboarding procedures.
• Ensure recruitment demands are fulfilled punctually and according to schedule.

Candidate Profile

• Recent experience in a fast-paced recruitment or onboarding environment is preferred, especially temporary recruitment focusing on vacancy management and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Attentive to detail and capable of managing multiple recruitment workflows simultaneously.
• Applicants must reside locally as the role does not provide travel or subsistence allowances.
