Job Overview
We are searching for an experienced Laravel specialist to lead a development team for enterprise-grade ERP solutions. This full-time, onsite position at Noida involves supervising developers, designing scalable architectures, and championing quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PHP Laravel developers.
- Review code to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making processes.
- Estimate workload and plan sprint deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams to meet deadlines.
- Develop scalable ERP modules with Laravel framework.
- Create secure RESTful APIs for web and mobile platforms.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Integrate third-party services including Payment Gateways, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, GPS, Maps, Authentication, and ERP integrations.
- Write reusable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and offer technical support.
- Design efficient relational database structures and optimize complex MySQL queries.
- Implement stored procedures, indexing, and database optimization strategies.
- Maintain database integrity and performance.
Required Skills
- Proficient in PHP 8.x and Laravel Framework.
- Strong MySQL database design and optimization expertise.
- Experienced in REST API development and MVC architecture.
- Skilled in Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
- Version control experience using Git/GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Basic Linux server administration knowledge.
- Expertise with Composer, Queue Jobs, Scheduler, Caching (preferably Redis), Authentication & Authorization, File Storage, and Unit Testing fundamentals.

- At least 1 year working with ERP or enterprise business application development.
- Experience leading a small development team is beneficial.
