About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Access Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or hotel industries who is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient-centered service. The role requires managing patient registrations, inquiries, appointment scheduling, and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in registration processes, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Address patient concerns promptly, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Handle a large volume of patients daily while ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Take responsibility for resolving patient issues in a timely and effective manner.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel sectors is advantageous.
• Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
