About the Role
We are looking for a Patient Access Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or hotel industries who is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient-centered service. The role requires managing patient registrations, inquiries, appointment scheduling, and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service focusing on patient needs.
- Assist patients in registration processes, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Address patient concerns promptly, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handle a large volume of patients daily while ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Take responsibility for resolving patient issues in a timely and effective manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel sectors is advantageous.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
