Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid Level 3 qualification equivalent to CACHE.
• Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a nursery environment with solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Display enthusiasm, energy, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to making learning an engaging adventure.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, along with a strong understanding of safeguarding protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging experiences for children aged between 9 months and 5 years.
• Foster positive relationships and effective communication with parents.
• Mentor apprentices, contributing to their professional development within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Additional Information
