Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and effective hotel operations during night shifts while maintaining high standards of guest service.
- Handle guest relations and provide hospitality support overnight.
- Manage overall nighttime health and safety responsibilities, including conducting fire walks, security inspections, and administering first aid when necessary.
- Carry out front office tasks such as running night audit reports and managing guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Supervise the night porter and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Support food and beverage service activities during night hours.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly arranged and maintained per standards.
- Contribute positively to the hotel's efficient and effective running.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience working night shifts or hotel reception roles is required.
- Minimum of two years’ customer or guest-facing work experience.
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Opera property management system is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with capability to supervise and delegate work to team members.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills for staff and guest interactions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
