Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to boost the company’s brand visibility.
- Manage social media initiatives on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Handle public relations, advertising campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate communication activities.
- Work alongside design teams to produce attractive marketing collateral.
- Plan and oversee corporate events, trade exhibitions, and product launch events ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Create engaging content for social media, company websites, press releases, newsletters, and internal communication channels.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and support lead nurturing activities.
- Design brochures, presentations, and training materials aligned with branding standards.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to strengthen employer branding and internal messaging.
- Manage multilingual regional content to maintain brand consistency and cultural relevance.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for development of both visual and written marketing materials.
- Implement social media campaigns focused on promoting company products, services, and special offers.
- Optimize paid advertising efforts targeting brand awareness, lead generation, and increased customer engagement.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to audience comments and inquiries.
- Analyze social media performance metrics related to reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identify emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and competitor activities to enhance social media presence.
- Work with regional teams and translation experts to ensure content accuracy and localization.
- Ensure all marketing content complies with industry regulations by liaising with compliance and legal teams, especially for financial services.
- Stay informed about platform policies, content guidelines, and social media algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s degree; a marketing degree is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Have 8 to 15 years of experience in marketing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Suite and Canva is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving work environment.
