Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Leading Hand Storeperson to join our CSI operations in Onslow on an 8:6 FIFO roster schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows
- Delegate tasks daily and determine priority actions for the stores crew
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership guidance to store personnel
- Accurately receive, store, and dispense materials, parts, and equipment
- Supervise stock levels, liaise with procurement to secure critical item availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain precise stock records
- Operate forklifts and related warehouse machinery safely
- Perform quality inspections and ensure strict adherence to WHS standards and safe work method statements
- Support workshop and site teams with timely provision of materials and equipment
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transport of goods when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free storage environment
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role
- Possession of Schedule 26 qualification
- Current HR Driver’s License with manual vehicle operation proficiency
- HRWL accreditation for Dangerous Goods (DG), Rigid Bus (RB), and Low Loader Forklift (LF)
- Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Desirable certifications include Working at Heights, Confined Space entry, and Gas Testing
