Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Leading Hand Storeperson to join our CSI operations in Onslow on an 8:6 FIFO roster schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows
• Delegate tasks daily and determine priority actions for the stores crew
• Provide training, mentorship, and leadership guidance to store personnel
• Accurately receive, store, and dispense materials, parts, and equipment
• Supervise stock levels, liaise with procurement to secure critical item availability
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain precise stock records
• Operate forklifts and related warehouse machinery safely
• Perform quality inspections and ensure strict adherence to WHS standards and safe work method statements
• Support workshop and site teams with timely provision of materials and equipment
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transport of goods when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free storage environment

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role
• Possession of Schedule 26 qualification
• Current HR Driver’s License with manual vehicle operation proficiency
• HRWL accreditation for Dangerous Goods (DG), Rigid Bus (RB), and Low Loader Forklift (LF)
• Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Desirable certifications include Working at Heights, Confined Space entry, and Gas Testing
