Job Purpose

This role focuses on shaping and executing both strategic and day-to-day hiring initiatives for manufacturing teams. The objective is to support business priorities through timely recruitment, smooth onboarding, and a workforce that is aligned with performance expectations and engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run hiring and manpower allocation for manufacturing departments in line with approved headcount requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.
Build and roll out long-term talent acquisition approaches that suit business needs and changing market conditions.
Regularly compare organizational structures, compensation practices, policies, and industry standards to keep the function aligned and competitive.
Work closely with business leaders to understand recruitment bottlenecks and create practical process improvements.
Compile and share periodic MIS reports with clear insights for senior management.
