Job Purpose
This role focuses on shaping and executing both strategic and day-to-day hiring initiatives for manufacturing teams. The objective is to support business priorities through timely recruitment, smooth onboarding, and a workforce that is aligned with performance expectations and engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run hiring and manpower allocation for manufacturing departments in line with approved headcount requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Build and roll out long-term talent acquisition approaches that suit business needs and changing market conditions.
- Regularly compare organizational structures, compensation practices, policies, and industry standards to keep the function aligned and competitive.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand recruitment bottlenecks and create practical process improvements.
- Compile and share periodic MIS reports with clear insights for senior management.
