Overview

We are recruiting for a Haystack partner seeking a Junior Ecommerce Specialist to oversee and maintain product content on a leading North American ecommerce platform, optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Update and manage product details across ecommerce channels.
Work closely with Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative departments to ensure product pages are accurate, appealing, and consistent.
Review digital marketing assets and campaigns to confirm alignment with style and accuracy standards.
Coordinate and monitor requests for creative content updates on the website.
Evaluate website performance data and consumer feedback to recommend improvements enhancing the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications.
Minimum one year of experience in marketing or project management roles.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, web analytics, or Google Analytics (including GA4) is advantageous.
