Junior Ecommerce Specialist

Overview

We are recruiting for a Haystack partner seeking a Junior Ecommerce Specialist to oversee and maintain product content on a leading North American ecommerce platform, optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage product details across ecommerce channels.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative departments to ensure product pages are accurate, appealing, and consistent.
• Review digital marketing assets and campaigns to confirm alignment with style and accuracy standards.
• Coordinate and monitor requests for creative content updates on the website.
• Evaluate website performance data and consumer feedback to recommend improvements enhancing the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum one year of experience in marketing or project management roles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, web analytics, or Google Analytics (including GA4) is advantageous.
