Key Responsibilities

Manage the guest reception process including arrivals and departures, responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring their special requests are met.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and recreational teams to uphold high service standards.
Monitor the upkeep, cleanliness, and operation of guest rooms, common areas, and leisure facilities like swimming pools and event venues.
Handle and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges effectively, involving management when issues persist.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee smooth service delivery and timely procurement of necessary goods.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
