Job Overview
Join Nayak Resort Villa in Pune, Maharashtra, as a Hotel Receptionist, where you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the guest reception process including arrivals and departures, responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring their special requests are met.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and recreational teams to uphold high service standards.
- Monitor the upkeep, cleanliness, and operation of guest rooms, common areas, and leisure facilities like swimming pools and event venues.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges effectively, involving management when issues persist.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee smooth service delivery and timely procurement of necessary goods.
Compensation
This role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
