Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by expertly managing bookings, resolving queries, and fostering strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Engage in sales and marketing initiatives, including networking with local enterprises and driving business growth through relationship management.
  • Gain insight into business financials, encompassing cost management and profit and loss analysis, to help drive sustainable success.
  • Oversee daily operations and logistics, including strategic fleet management and process optimisation.
  • Receive opportunities to mentor and support colleagues, developing your leadership abilities as you progress into supervisory roles.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent professional background will also be considered.
  • You must hold a full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU. Reasonable adjustments are made for those unable to drive due to disability.
  • A clean driving record, with no drug or alcohol-related offences in the last five years.
