Overview

Dawn Meats is seeking dependable and diligent General Operatives to join their production team at the Charleville facility in County Cork. This permanent role offers opportunities for training and career progression within one of Europe's leading food manufacturers that supplies meats to numerous retailers and exporters globally.

Key Responsibilities

Primarily work within the Boning Hall area in the factory environment.
Operate on paced production lines packing meat cuts and trims according to customer specifications to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Support the production team with various tasks across different factory areas as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the workspace.
Stay informed about all products handled in the production process.
Participate in all relevant training to carry out assigned duties effectively.
Adhere to detailed work instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Accurately complete required production data records.
Follow strict quality assurance guidelines in all areas of work.
Demonstrate flexibility with working hours to meet operational deadlines.
