Key Responsibilities

• Primarily work within the Boning Hall area in the factory environment.
• Operate on paced production lines packing meat cuts and trims according to customer specifications to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Support the production team with various tasks across different factory areas as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the workspace.
• Stay informed about all products handled in the production process.
• Participate in all relevant training to carry out assigned duties effectively.
• Adhere to detailed work instructions and safety protocols at all times.
• Accurately complete required production data records.
• Follow strict quality assurance guidelines in all areas of work.
