About the Role

Swell partners with multi-location specialty healthcare and dental practices to enhance patient relationships throughout their journey, from initial reviews to follow-ups. We are expanding our sales team and seek a Full-Cycle Account Executive who enjoys diverse responsibilities. This role involves generating a pipeline for mid-market and enterprise prospects as well as closing a mix of self-sourced and inbound deals.

You will engage in nearly all facets of the sales process. Part of your time will be dedicated to researching and prospecting multi-location dental groups, DSOs, and medical organizations. The rest will focus on closing deals, managing opportunities both independently sourced and delivered by marketing.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to mid-market and enterprise prospects including multi-location dental and medical groups to build a qualified pipeline
  • Conduct discovery and product demonstration calls with inbound small-to-mid-market leads, uncovering their patient experience challenges and presenting Swell's solutions
  • Maintain and progress a full sales pipeline across various segments, advancing deals from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless account transitions and successful client onboarding
  • Act as an ambassador of Swell's mission to enhance patient interactions in every engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in full-cycle sales, preferably within SaaS, with proven ability in both sourcing and closing deals
  • Proficiency in managing diverse pipelines combining self-sourced enterprise/mid-market prospects and inbound SMB/mid-market leads
  • Strong skills in outbound research and outreach to attract decision-makers and present compelling solutions
  • Confident, consultative methods in discovery and demonstrations that foster trust
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple deals at varying stages without oversight
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or vertical SaaS sales is advantageous but not required
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City area with ability to work onsite in Holladay, UT office at least two days weekly
