Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining, designing, and selling floral and plant decorations.
• Independently implementing sales-promoting initiatives.
• Managing procurement of floral merchandise.
• Verifying received goods and ensuring optimal storage conditions.
• Conducting customer consultations and sales discussions autonomously.

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training as a florist.
• Strong creativity and a diverse range of ideas.
• Passion for retail trade and a strong team spirit.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with customers.
• Flexibility to work in variable shifts Monday through Saturday.
