Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining, designing, and selling floral and plant decorations.
- Independently implementing sales-promoting initiatives.
- Managing procurement of floral merchandise.
- Verifying received goods and ensuring optimal storage conditions.
- Conducting customer consultations and sales discussions autonomously.
Candidate Profile
- Completed professional training as a florist.
- Strong creativity and a diverse range of ideas.
- Passion for retail trade and a strong team spirit.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with customers.
- Flexibility to work in variable shifts Monday through Saturday.
