Overview
SoundsFitt Fitness Club in Kharadi, Pune, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager / Gym Manager to spearhead sales, operations, and overall business expansion. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in gym or fitness club management, with a focus on driving membership sales, boosting personal training revenue, and leading dedicated teams to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets for membership sales.
- Increase the number of new members via walk-in clients, referrals, corporate partnerships, and marketing strategies.
- Enhance membership retention rates through effective renewal strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales, front desk, and fitness personnel.
- Promote and increase Personal Training sales and transformation programs.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate entities, residential communities, schools, and nearby businesses to secure bulk memberships.
- Ensure a superior member experience by promptly addressing issues and escalations.
- Track and analyze daily performance indicators such as leads, trials, conversions, renewals, personal training sales, and revenue.
- Organize and implement promotional events, campaigns, and community involvement initiatives.
- Sustain operational standards including staff discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in managing gyms or fitness clubs and/or business development.
- Successful history of meeting sales and revenue objectives.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics reporting.
- Capacity to work under pressure to meet targets and drive growth.

Compensation
