Financial Reporting Manager

Job Overview

The Financial Reporting Manager will handle consolidation of financial statements for group companies and related financial duties. This position involves monthly reporting to management and facilitating audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
• Draft annual notes to accounts along with P&L and balance sheet schedules.
• Compile related party transaction information.
• Evaluate contracts for accounting impact.
• Analyze applicability of new accounting standards and assist in impact assessments.
• Coordinate with various teams to facilitate audit CAS lists.
• Liaise with auditors to resolve queries promptly.
• Respond to adhoc requests from other departments accurately and timely.
• Participate in testing of automation tools as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant qualification essential.
• US CPA certification is a plus.
• Diploma in IFRS is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of INDAS and US GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in related roles.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP FI module.
• Knowledge of consolidation tools such as Tagetik, BPC, or Hyperion is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
