Job Overview

We seek a Finance Manager experienced in financial leadership within the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing sector in Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a strategic, hands-on finance expert well-versed in the Saudi regulatory landscape and taxation system.

Key Responsibilities

Produce comprehensive financial statements aligned with accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
Handle corporate income tax matters, especially for foreign-owned and mixed ownership enterprises.
Generate management and financial reports, annual budgets, cash flow analysis, and Profit & Loss statements for overall and individual business entities.
Manage cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability assessments.
Utilize Odoo ERP extensively for financial operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop capable finance teams across multiple departments and business units.
Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate ERP-based financial data.

Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven capability in implementing financial controls and reporting systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proactive and detail-focused professional driving performance with regulatory adherence.
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
Must be available to work onsite full-time.
