Job Overview
We seek a Finance Manager experienced in financial leadership within the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing sector in Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a strategic, hands-on finance expert well-versed in the Saudi regulatory landscape and taxation system.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive financial statements aligned with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
- Handle corporate income tax matters, especially for foreign-owned and mixed ownership enterprises.
- Generate management and financial reports, annual budgets, cash flow analysis, and Profit & Loss statements for overall and individual business entities.
- Manage cost accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability assessments.
- Utilize Odoo ERP extensively for financial operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop capable finance teams across multiple departments and business units.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate ERP-based financial data.
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven capability in implementing financial controls and reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and detail-focused professional driving performance with regulatory adherence.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
- Must be available to work onsite full-time.
