About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Digital Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position involves managing a significant number of inbound customer calls, ensuring top-tier service quality while upholding rigorous data protection and security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle more than 10 inbound calls daily in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Deliver precise information and swiftly address customer questions and concerns.
Safeguard confidential client data by adhering strictly to established security procedures.
Recognize and report any potential security threats promptly.
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive outlook throughout all customer engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

Effective communication capabilities and strong multitasking aptitude.
Capability to perform well under the pressure of high call volumes.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on confidentiality.
Experience in call centers or customer service environments is an advantage.
