About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Digital Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position involves managing a significant number of inbound customer calls, ensuring top-tier service quality while upholding rigorous data protection and security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle more than 10 inbound calls daily in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Deliver precise information and swiftly address customer questions and concerns.
- Safeguard confidential client data by adhering strictly to established security procedures.
- Recognize and report any potential security threats promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive outlook throughout all customer engagements.
Qualifications and Skills

- Capability to perform well under the pressure of high call volumes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on confidentiality.
- Experience in call centers or customer service environments is an advantage.
