Job Role and Responsibilities
We seek a dedicated Job Coach to join our Northern Adelaide team, focusing on guiding clients towards becoming job-ready and facilitating sustainable employment opportunities. This on-site role involves working individually with clients to foster career development and effective job placement.
- Motivate and support participants to independently pursue employment opportunities through tailored activities.
- Collaborate with local employers to identify and secure job openings suitable for clients.
- Advocate for clients by promoting their capabilities to potential employers.
- Achieve placements leading to lasting employment outcomes for participants.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients, employers, and partners throughout the employment process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in customer service or other client-facing roles.
- Preferred experience supporting individuals facing challenges to employment.
- Confidence in engaging with diverse external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work toward key performance indicators and successfully facilitate sustainable employment placements.
