Job Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Executive, you will engage with prospective and current customers through outbound calls to present company offerings and facilitate onboarding. You will play a key role in generating leads, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales process by coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Clearly articulate and explain the company’s products and services in a professional manner.
Follow up persistently to create new leads or finalize sales opportunities.
Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions for common issues.
Keep detailed, accurate records of all customer communications and data.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further action.
Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
