Job Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Executive, you will engage with prospective and current customers through outbound calls to present company offerings and facilitate onboarding. You will play a key role in generating leads, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales process by coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Clearly articulate and explain the company’s products and services in a professional manner.
- Follow up persistently to create new leads or finalize sales opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions for common issues.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of all customer communications and data.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further action.
- Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
