About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated female Customer Care Executive fluent in Hindi to join our dynamic domestic BPO team in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Duties

Provide customers with detailed information regarding company products, services, and special promotions.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring timely and courteous interactions.
Assess customer needs to offer precise guidance and assistance.
Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication abilities in Hindi.
A customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
Basic proficiency with computer operations.
