About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated female Customer Care Executive fluent in Hindi to join our dynamic domestic BPO team in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding company products, services, and special promotions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring timely and courteous interactions.
- Assess customer needs to offer precise guidance and assistance.
