Role Impact and Responsibilities
As a consultant in the two-year Operations Excellence Program, you will actively engage in client projects, performing problem-solving activities such as issue identification, hypothesis development, analytical design and execution, and recommendation synthesis. You will build expertise across operations and consulting through on-the-job coaching and structured capability building.
This position serves as a launchpad for a flexible, challenging consulting career with opportunities to work across various industries and operational disciplines including manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, and capital excellence. Training modules and leadership from seasoned operational experts will support your professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Master’s degree supported by outstanding academic achievements is essential.
- Previous exposure to operational subjects such as lean manufacturing/service, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, process optimization, product development, or purchasing is required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience either through work or extracurricular involvement.
- Willingness and readiness to undertake assignments across Europe during the workweek.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems effectively.
- Fluent communication skills in English and the local office language, capable of clearly conveying complex concepts both orally and in writing.
