Job Overview

We seek dedicated full-time cleaning operatives to join our team at a residential care facility located in Bray, County Wicklow. This role requires an average of 35 working hours weekly, spread across Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

Vacuum carpets and mop or buff floors thoroughly.
Clean toilets and polish glass and brass fixtures.
Collect refuse and dispose of it appropriately.
Operate cleaning products and equipment safely following COSHH guidelines.
Place safety signs during cleaning activities to alert others.
Report any damages or safety hazards immediately.
Maintain vigilance on security matters and report suspicious behavior.
Participate in job-related training sessions as required.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Collaborate effectively within team settings and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven good employment record; prior cleaning experience preferred.
Familiarity with using cleaning apparatus is advantageous.
Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
Capability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.
Attributes including flexibility, honesty, and dependability.
Successful Garda vetting clearance is mandatory.
