- Candidates who hold a valid driver’s license, own a reliable insured vehicle from 2010 or newer, and can pass the required screening and inspection steps may apply. Prior experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer service is a plus.

Role overview
This position is centered on non-emergency medical transportation. The selected care partner will use a personal, insured vehicle to move members safely and on time to medical visits and other essential locations.
What the job involves
- Provide reliable transport for healthcare appointments and other necessary trips.
- Keep the vehicle in safe operating condition and stay on top of routine maintenance.
- Offer door-to-door or curb-to-curb assistance depending on the member’s needs.
- Stay in contact with dispatch and follow trip instructions closely.
- Handle reasonable special requests, including help related to mobility.
Requirements and expectations
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required.
- Candidates must have access to a dependable vehicle from 2010 or newer.
- The vehicle must be insured.
- Applicants need to clear background screening and vehicle inspection.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities are important.
- Experience in healthcare, transportation, or customer support is preferred.
Additional information
The role allows flexible scheduling. There are no commission deductions, so care providers keep 100% of what they earn. The position is intended to support independence while making a positive impact in the community.
