Calculations Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of incoming bid documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct cost calculations for offers and subsequent claims.
• Participate actively in contract award negotiations to advocate company interests.
• Review and assess contractual agreements thoroughly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Successfully completed university or technical college degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent training such as Master craftsman or Construction Technician.
• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous; however, motivated career entrants are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with relevant legal regulations, standards, and norms related to construction and contracting.
• High willingness to work, flexibility, personal responsibility, and ability to work well in teams.
