Job Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews of incoming bid documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct cost calculations for offers and subsequent claims.
- Participate actively in contract award negotiations to advocate company interests.
- Review and assess contractual agreements thoroughly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Successfully completed university or technical college degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent training such as Master craftsman or Construction Technician.
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous; however, motivated career entrants are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations, standards, and norms related to construction and contracting.
- High willingness to work, flexibility, personal responsibility, and ability to work well in teams.
