Role Overview

As the Business Applications Administrator, you will ensure the seamless operation of our key platforms, enabling product teams to work without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily administration of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), Slack, and Google Workspace for a rapidly expanding international team.
• Handle user provisioning, permission settings, access control, and licensing management across these platforms.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve system requests and technical issues to avoid workflow interruptions.
• Enhance platform configurations, optimize workflows, and integrate systems to boost operational efficiency and reduce obstacles.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, enforce governance policies, and apply security best practices for all tools.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, assisting teams with onboarding, training, and promoting best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated practical experience in administering Atlassian products, Slack, and Google Workspace within a professional setting.
• Solid knowledge of user lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), access permissions, and security protocols.
• A dynamic problem-solver capable of prioritizing multiple requests efficiently without losing drive.
• Comfortable working autonomously and effectively managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting distributed, international teams is highly valued.
