Role Overview

This position supports the General Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative control in Ahmedabad. The role combines internal communication, project tracking, vendor coordination, and routine follow-up work to help ensure tasks move forward smoothly.

Core Duties

Coordinate ongoing projects and help keep timelines, actions, and stakeholders aligned.
Handle interactions with vendors and support routine vendor-related communication.
Track pending items internally and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation for reference and review.
Support clear communication between the General Manager and other teams or contacts.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Compensation

The offered salary is INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
